The Deer Exercise
I am reborn again this day of Spring. My dreams alive with the energy of the Newborn Flower. My vision clear My mind holds dear The whispers of winter’s Inner Power
Thousands of years ago Taoist sages noted three animals known for their longevity: the deer, the crane, and the turtle. Of these the deer was noted for it’s strong sexual and reproductive abilities. The sages observed the behavior which seemed to contribute to the deer’s abilities and saw that the deer exercised it’s anus when it wiggled its tail. They adopted this principle modifying it for human use and thus ‘The Deer Exercise’ was born.
The Deer Exercise achieves important objectives for men. It strengthens and builds up the tissues of the sexual organs. It draws energy up through the glandular system and into the pineal gland to elevate spirituality. Blood circulation in the abdomen is increased improving digestion. Life Force of the semen is stimulated and transported to the rest of the body. The prostate is exercised and vitalized. The muscles of the anus and rectum are strengthened discouraging hemorrhoids and prostate cancer. Male potency is stimulated and premature ejaculation is discouraged. The head of the penis enlarges heightening sensations during sexual intercourse. Sexual energy and ability is built and enables a man to prolong sexual intercourse.
With respects to this last point one is encouraged to use this buildup of increased sexual energy to strengthen the body, mind an spirit. See the article in the Summer ‘06 issue re: Seminal Retention
The Male Deer Exercise This exercise may be done standing, sitting, or lying down. Do this exercise in the morning upon rising and before retiring at night.
First Stage: (The purpose of this stage is to encourage semen production)
1. Rub the palms of your hands together vigorously. This creates heat in your hands by bringing the energy of the body into the hands and palms.
2. With the right hand, cup the testicles so that the palm of the hand completely covers them. (This exercise is best done naked). Just slight pressure should be felt, as well as the heat from the hand.
3. Place the palm of the left hand on the area of the pubis, one inch below the navel.
4. Apply slight pressure so that a gentle warmth begins to build in the area of the pubis. Move the left hand in clockwise or counterclockwise circles eighty-one times. 5. Rub the hands together vigorously once again. 6. Reverse the position of the hands and repeat the circular rubbing in the opposite direction another eighty-one times. Second Stage (Add the second stage to the first stage.)
1. Tighten the muscles around the anus and draw them up and in. Tighten as hard as you can for as long as you are able to do so comfortably.
2. Stop and relax a moment. 3. Repeat the anal contractions. Pressure is placed on the prostate gland as it is gently massaged by the tightening action of the anal muscles. Stimulated, the prostate begins to secrete endorphins producing a natural high. The Deer Exercise is a great spring practice to get a man’s juices flowing and to stimulate and tone the sexual organs. While improving one’s sexual abilities it builds up the energy reserves within the body. Fertility is increased and strengthened and mental processes are heightened encouraging psychic powers and a growing feeling of inner peace. What more could one ask for in creating a powerful and healthy new beginning.
