Kootenay Co-op Film Series

The film series is a hit! We were at full capacity last week for King Corn and the town is a-buzzing about the remaining three films:

•     The Real Dirt on Farmer John - Tuesday April 15
•     Tableland - Tuesday April 22
•     Gardens of Destiny - Tuesday April 29
  

In order to accommodate the growing interest, we will be showing the remaining films in the Sanctuary, a larger, more comfortable space at the United Church.

The meals are full. If you have pre-registered, come at 5pm and enjoy a light supper.
The films are now open invitation. Come at 6:00pm and bring friends!
The donations this week  (suggested $5 for the entire evening) will support Deconstructing Dinner Radio Show

Breastfeeding Class

Join Renee Hefti-Graham and other expectant couples for a 2-hour breastfeeding class at Pomegranate.
Fee: $40 per couple

Renee has been helping women and new parents for over two decades and for the past 7 years she has been teaching breastfeeding classes at BC Women's Hospital. She brings her wealth of experience and knowledge to this 2-hour class so that expectant parents can access practical, useful information about breastfeeding and newborn health.
